Get hands on at State Pasta: Pasta 101
Learn the basics of making fresh pasta and have fun making your own from scratch! Chef Zak will share tips and tricks as he coaches you through the process of making pasta the traditional way. You’ll be tasting some of our favourite ingredients as you go, and learn about our approach.
Every class finishes with a shared two-course lunch. You get to take away a pasta kit, including your own handiwork to share with friends and family at home.

Entrée: Charcuterie plate with home-made condiments and macadamia/honey bread.
