Through her work on a 4 hectare property, Maria Lempriere, offers homesteading workshops, grows a diverse range of fruit, nuts, veges, herbs and flowers, makes preserves from her commercial kitchen and co-ordinates up to 14 other North Taranaki growers and producers who contribute to her popular weekly hampers

Over the years they have developed many varieties of high quality pancakes, crepes, and blinis.
