Learn all about smoking meat. Here you will learn about how to smoke, salt requirements, what seasonings and the best wood chips to use. You will smoke your own baby back ribs that you will take home to feed 2 people. Cooking class will finish at 12.00pm with rib pick-up at 3.30pm.
