Come and see our local Taranaki producers under one roof.  Walk around the stalls tasting and chatting with each producer as they serve up samples of their products.

Dive into the world of zesty spices, aromatic herbs, rich sauces and bold rubs at this Full Flavour session.  Learn the secrets of using the perfect rubs for any type of protein, discover new flavour pairings and meet the seasonings and flavour additions that are going to elevate your dishes.

In this session, our tastiest producers let you in on the tips and tricks for using their products to amplify your meals and beverages.  A special visit to see Fire Down Below, Food Huggers Gourmet, MK Spice Seasonings, Maison Aotearoa, Meat To You, Kahu Glen, Fine Lime Company and F N Lemons will arm you with a few extra tools in your culinary kit to impress your taste buds.

The Fine Lime Company - visit the team at The Fine Lime Company to discover the many methods they have created to add lime and chilli to our meals and drinks.

MK Spice Seasonings - experience a harmony of flavours when Marlaina imparts her knowledge of seasoning and will be happy to guide you in selecting specific flavours to enhance various dishes.  

Food Hugger Gourmet - taste the variety of flavourful products on offer from apple butters and chutneys to mustards, American BBQ sauces and rubs and get tips on how to use them, from simple stacks to a stand-out main course.

Meat To You - with a range of ethically raised and lovingly cared for meats, that are traceable back to the farm; Meat To You offer premium, great tasting meat, either delivered to your door or created into a delicious pie or burger through their gourmet food trailer; Field To Plate.  Visit them to hear about how they ensure their meat has the best taste possible.

Maison Aotearoa - the pâtés and rillettes meticulously crafted by Mike stand out for their rich and robust taste profile. Their dedication to the art of charcuterie is evident in the depth of flavours achieved. Whether spread on a baguette or served alongside a selection of cheeses and fruits, Mike’s pâtés and rillettes offer an indulgent experience.  Visit Mike to find out his favourite ways to serve up his products.

Juno Gin -  there are so many elements involved in the creation of Gin including the use of different herbs, spices and plants.  Owners, Jo and Dave love experimenting with these different flavours and release a new variety of their Juno Gin each season.   Visit them for a taster and chat about how their exquisite flavours are created.

Rolled Cookie Co. - these cookies are full flavour alright!  With options such as Tiramisu, Fudgy Choc Caramel, Almond Croissant, Raspberry White Choc Macadamia, Red Velvet, Peanut Butter and Nutella your mouth will be watering.  Especially with Janine's addition of whipped mascarpone on top!

Bees R Us - honey is rich in health promoting plant compounds like polyphenols.   The Bees R Us team ensure their honey stays raw and authentic to every last mouthful.  Ask them for tips of how they use their different blends to help various health needs and ailments.

Cracker and Graze - Rach began her journey into cracker production from her Oakura home kitchen not long ago. She offers three irresistible flavors: Original, Herb, and Chilli, each crafted with a rich parmesan foundation and premium seeds. Engage with Rach to discover how she honed her cracker recipes for commercial success, and seize the opportunity to taste them yourself!
