Enjoy watching Matt give you a demo on how to prepare fresh pizza dough. You will have a go at kneading the dough and getting it prepared for cooking. You will also learn about the best toppings to use and tips on cooking before you prepare and cook your pizza. It will then be time to enjoy your pizza accompanied by a glass of wine.
